Your work stays
your business.

We run the AI on Skootr-operated hardware in the US. We do not retain prompts or responses or use them for training.

Your prompts and responses

Skootr processes your prompt to generate a response, without retaining either or using them for training. Account, payment, and operational information are handled separately, as described below.

Your conversation history

Sidecar can save sessions and memory on your machine. Maxi and other clients can also keep conversations according to their settings. Review the storage and connected tools in the client you use. Your client manages that history separately from Skootr's inference service.

The waitlist

When you join, we record your email address, signup time, browser information, IP address, and optional plan interest. We keep these records outside the public website directory and use IP addresses to limit repeated submissions.

We send a signup confirmation and one launch email. If you separately choose founder offers and updates about new openings, we record that choice and can send those updates too. Existing launch-only signups keep their original scope.

Reply to a Skootr email or contact [email protected] to leave the list or request removal of your signup information.

This website

Cloudflare serves this website and adds its Web Analytics script to browser responses. The website host and Cloudflare process connection information to serve and protect the site. Website analytics and connection information are separate from inference prompts and responses.

Accounts, billing, and merchandise

Account and payment information is necessary to supply a paid service. Merchandise fulfillment also needs a delivery address. The relevant notices and service terms will accompany paid offers before payment. The waitlist does not collect payment or shipping information.
